There is an arrangement of refreshment. Especially the sweet Rosgulla and Nimkin is the favorable item for enjoyment of Halkata. This is the culture and custom of Hindu Bengali Communities and still it is alive. Mostly this is observed in the business oriented areas of Bengal. In Kolkata same way the Bengali communities celebrate the Bengali Happy New Year Pohela Boishak.
