Pohela Boishak 1419 of Bengali communities coming soon

Being as a Bengali Communities we all know the date of first day in Bangla Calendar. This is the day for refreshment of our mind, environment, and culture. The 14th April 2012 is the day for which the Bengali communities have been waiting for the year as a whole. Now only eight days left for the day which they celebrate with their great respect and honor. The main objectives of the day are the best wishes for all the Bengali communities and also for the world peace and happiness to all. The mind is setup in the way for removing the old and also wearing the new and this new could be the dress, ornaments, goods, sweets, meats, decoration of office or households etc. This is the culture of Bengali communities and also it is their tradition. They have been practicing this culture since long in the global where they reside. On the first day, from early in the morning to late night or even in different places they arrange different type of program as their wish. Like wish Pantha Vath with ealish fish is now the world famous. Pantha Vath is the meaning of rice which should cook in the previous day or night and then after this cooked rice would be mixed with the fresh water.

This Pantha Vath preference depends on the duration of mixture water. Normally in the 13th April late night the Bengali communities cook rice and then after they try to cool the rice and last of all they mix fresh drinking water with the cooked rice. If this rice keeps for 6 to 10 hours in the water then it becomes cool and then they eat or feed it to all who like Pantha Vath. This Pantha Vath is eaten or feed with the combination of Hilsha fish which is the national fish of the Bengali Communities. Even they can eat or feed Pantha Vath with some other fish or dry fish even or with chicken or other meats. This is the tradition of this community and also the culture. Hilsha Fish is the first preference and this Hilsha Fish is cooked as fried fish and really this fried Hilsha is very tasty to have it. If you do not believe then come to Bengal and have a taste of it. You may believe it or not but the fact is absolutely true for all. The main slogan of the day is Happy New year to all and best wishes for the year and that means in Bengali is Shuvo Noboborsho and this Shuvo Noboborsho is for all in the global who like peace and also happines.
